The Mythos Collection villas are the highest category of accommodation on the resort and include exclusive extras and privileges, coupled with all the luxuries, space and facilities you would expect in a premium property. Located at the edge of the new, prestigious Alexander Heights development just a short stroll from the Village Square, this beautiful Mythos Villa has been designed to take full advantage of the panoramic view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Luxury blends effortlessly with elegance in this stylish resort villa. Comfortable furnishings, soft fabrics and subtle colour tones evoke a sense of peace and tranquility, allowing you to kick back and relax from the moment you arrive.

The beautifully furnished living area boasts a sumptuous corner sofa matched with a restful cushioned armchair making their own statement within the lounge, a flat-screen TV on a low cabinet and elegant décor. The adjacent dining area features a hardwood dining table with 10 chairs, and a set of French doors offer unobstructed views of the glistening sea and coastline. The modern kitchen features white cabinets matched with dark marble worktops and splash backs throughout, and is fully equipped with all the conveniences you would expect including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave and dishwasher.

The first of the 5 bedrooms is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room. The ground floor also features a guest WC.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor, with three more bedrooms and more breathtaking sea views. The master bedroom is spacious, with beautiful modern furnishings giving a true sense of comfort. Featuring a king-size bed and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony from where one can enjoy the panoramic views, and a luxurious granite en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins, WC, bath and separate shower.

The two remaining bedrooms on this floor feature twin beds which can be made up as king size if required. They both have their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside. 

The staircase extends down to a lower ground floor level, which offers the utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level is the last of the bedrooms featuring a double bed and an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the spectacular sea views. An outdoor barbeque area with sink is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs. Comfy armchairs, sunbeds and tables also spread throughout the terrace and poolside provide plenty of places to relax and take in the stunning views. The finishing touch to this luxurious and elegant property is a generous 10m infinity swimming pool*.
