This exceptional resort villa is part of the esteemed 'Mythos Collection', located on the periphery of the upscale Alexander Heights development. This central and prestigious location prioritises luxury and meticulous craftsmanship, and the villa's design is strategically oriented to fully capture the breathtaking panorama of the glistening Mediterranean Sea.

Stylish, contemporary, and elegant, this villa offers modern furnishings, plush textiles, and a soothing earthy colour palette creating a pervasive sense of luxury.

The tastefully decorated living area showcases a cozy corner sofa complemented by a cushioned armchair, making a distinct impression within the lounge. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV set on a sleek, low cabinet and minimalistic decor. Adjacent to this is a dining space featuring a sturdy hardwood table accompanied by ten stylish chairs, all positioned near a series of French doors that offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sea and the coastal skyline. The kitchen, in a pristine white tone, is fitted with dark marble countertops and splashbacks throughout. It is equipped with all modern amenities, including a spacious fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

The ground floor features a guest WC, and, also, the first of the 5 bedrooms, which offers double bed, shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.

The marble staircase leads to the first floor where you will find three more bedrooms and even more spectacular sea views. The master bedroom is spacious, featuring a king-size bed and beautiful modern furnishings giving a true sense of comfort. Shuttered French doors open out to the balcony from where you can enjoy the far-reaching views, and a luxury en-suite bathroom completes the master bedroom.

The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, both twin bedded (zip & lock), with their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside. Both these bedrooms offer double and twin bed settings.

The staircase extends down to a lower ground floor level, which offers the utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level is the last of the bedrooms featuring a double bed and an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the expansive terrace is expertly positioned to fully capitalise on the breathtaking panoramic sea vistas. A designated outdoor barbecue area, complete with a sink, is perfect for preparing delightful al-fresco meals, and these can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining space — a shaded haven appointed with a spacious dining table and chairs. Additionally, the terrace and poolside are adorned with plush armchairs, sun loungers, and convenient tables, providing various options for relaxation while taking in the awe-inspiring views.

The crowning touch to this opulent and sophisticated property is a grand 10-meter infinity pool*. Moreover, this villa is thoughtfully designed to be child-friendly, featuring a fitted pool safety barrier and a swing set in the garden.
