This spectacular five-bedroom resort villa is a recent addition to the ‘Elite Collection’ of properties. Located in the prestigious development of Aeneas Grand Villas, where luxury and attention to detail are paramount, the property has been designed to take full advantage of the panoramic Mediterranean Sea views.  Luxury blends with elegance and practicality in this modernly furnished villa. With stylish decor, soft fabrics and subtle earthen colour tones the sense of luxury is evident throughout.

The beautifully furnished living area boasts rustic coloured 2 & 3 seater sofas matched with a cushioned armchair, a flat-screen TV on a low cabinet and minimal décor. The dining area features a hardwood dining table with 8 modern chairs, and is situated next to a set of French doors which provide magnificent views of the sea and Mediterranean coastline. The kitchen features dark granite worktops and splash backs throughout, and is fully equipped with modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The ground floor also features a guest WC, and the first of the 5 bedrooms. This room has twin beds which can be made up as a double, shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor, with three more bedrooms and even more wide-sweeping sea views from the front of the property overlooking the pool. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished, giving it a true sense of comfort and elegance, with a light brown king-size bed, mirrored matching furnishings, and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony from where one can enjoy the panoramic views. Completing the master suite is a luxurious en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled in granite with twin washbasins, WC, bath and separate shower.

The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, one large double and one twin bedded, with their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside.

The staircase extends further down to a lower ground floor level, which offers a fully equipped utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level there is a 5th twin bedded bedroom, along with an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. A portable barbeque is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large, wooden topped dining table and 6 chairs. Sunbeds are also spread throughout the terrace and poolside for more places to relax and take in the stunning views. The finishing touch to this luxurious property is a large 10m infinity swimming pool*.

*Pool heating is available at extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days (mid March to mid December), please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
