This three-bedroom Junior Villa with private pool is finished to the highest standards and is only a short walk away from the beautiful Village Square and Golf Club. Furnished with tasteful details, this property is the ideal selection for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills Resort. The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with contemporary furniture including two-seat and three-seat sofas, a flat screen LCD TV, CD and DVD players for your entertainment and enjoyment. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the patio doors, which open out onto the pool area.

The dining area has an elegant table with six chairs, and French doors open onto the veranda, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven/hob.

A staircase leads up to the master bedroom; the room is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and side cabinet with matching lamps. The master bedroom is adjacent to the shared bathroom, which features a bath with shower. Also situated on this floor is a twin bedded room, featuring bedside cabinets with matching lamps and fitted wardrobes.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet. 

Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture, a free-standing barbeque, sun loungers and the central attraction; a magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool* with ladder steps. The pool creates a sense of tranquility and complete relaxation, as you look across the magnificent sloping greens of the Golf Course. 

The centre of the Resort, with its picturesque Village Square, shops, restaurants, Spa and other amenities is just a couple of minutes stroll.

*Pool heating is available at extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days (mid March to mid December), please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
