Apartment BM01 Overview

This three-bedroom apartment is located in Theseus Village, within walking distance of the Village Square and resort facilities. Situated on the ground floor and just a few steps through the lush gardens to both shared swimming pools, it makes the ideal base for families, golfers or groups of friends.  The open plan living area is beautifully furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining table with six chairs. French doors open out to the terrace and garden area where you can enjoy lazy summer days. The well maintained garden hedging helps to create a private space where you can enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table, or relax on the lounge furniture and and sunbeds.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with modern conveniences including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooker hob, extractor fan and washing machine. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the terrace includes a portable gas barbeque.

The spacious master bedroom enjoys a double bed (zip & lock), with bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and large fitted wardrobes. Neutral tones create a bright and spacious feel, and a door leads outside to the patio. The en-suite bathroom features a bath with shower, double vanity unit and a toilet.

The second and third room include twin beds which can be made up as doubles if preferred. Each room also features bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading out to the veranda and garden. These two rooms have use of a central bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet.
