This superbly located Superior Elite Villa is chic, stylish, luxurious, and finished to the very highest standards. This spectacular east-facing site offers breathtaking views of the dramatic ravine and is just a few minutes stroll to the Village Square, with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, and the world-class sports and leisure facilities of Aphrodite Hills Resort. 

The contemporary interior decor and light open-plan living areas create a feeling of space and serenity, with every room decorated and dressed beautifully. Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the highest quality Italian-style kitchen units to lavish marble bathrooms and marble or parquet flooring throughout.

The impressive entrance opens into the spacious open-plan living and dining area which features French doors opening out onto the pool terrace, exposing captivating panoramic views of the pool, garden and magnificent Mediterranean Sea beyond.

On the ground level, you will also find one bedroom with a twin bed (zip & lock) as well as a shower room and a guest WC.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom suite is beautifully fitted with a king-size bed, TV, dresser, matching side tables, luxurious parquet floor and soft light-coloured furnishings. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a wash basin in a marble vanity unit and separate shower. Full height sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with exceptional sea views, all adding to the ‘5-star’ feel this Villa exudes.

The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, one large double and one twin bed (zip & lock), with their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside.

On the lower level, you will find the fifth bedroom, which features double bed and en-suite shower room.

You will also find a laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.

The exceptional standards also extend to the outdoor space. Connected to the lounge is a covered veranda, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. To the side of the villa you will find a barbecue area equipped with a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. This shaded area also boasts cozy, cushioned chairs for relaxation. For those who enjoy basking in the sun, there are sunbeds available by the poolside, and the inviting swimming pool* offers a refreshing escape on warm summer days.
