The lounge is ideal for either relaxing or entertaining and features a stunning stone fireplace, sumptuous leather couches and stylish chandeliers whist the adjacent formal dining area is furnished with a smart dining table and chairs. Sets of French doors leading outside to the pool terrace and garden make the whole area bright and airy.

A doorway opens into the expansive kitchen-diner, fully equipped with premium Gaggenau appliances. These include a built-in coffee machine, microwave, wine cooler, American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and a professional cooktop with gas and electric burners, grill, and deep fryer—ideal for passionate home chefs. A large dining table comfortably seats ten for casual meals, while a cozy lounge area with sofas, a coffee table, and a large TV invites relaxation. French doors lead directly to the outdoor dining terrace, along with an adjacent barbeque area which is covered for shade, making it ideal for cooking and dining al fresco.

The ground floor also features a handy guest cloakroom, and, the first of the villa’s five bedrooms. This large room features a king size bed, chaise longue, dressing area and a luxurious en-suite shower room. French doors offer direct access out to the pool terrace.

The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, including the exceptionally spacious master bedroom suite. Featuring a king-size bed, comfortable sofas, and access to a private balcony with stunning views, it offers a luxurious retreat. The en-suite bathroom is equally generous in size, boasting a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, and dual washbasins set into an elegant marble vanity. At the end of the hallway, another double bedroom includes its own en-suite shower room, dressing area, and private balcony. The remaining two double bedrooms each open onto a shared terrace and enjoy access to a separate, well-appointed bathroom.

The amazing views can be truly appreciated from the upper balconies; the vista stretches over rolling countryside down to the sparkling sea, and from this elevated position one can enjoy views stretching from the area of Aphrodite’s Rock along the coastline towards Paphos.

The luxury continues outside at the stunning pool and garden area. Extensive, furnished terraces offer multiple options for relaxing  - whether sunbathing on the cushioned poolside loungers, dining outdoors at the circular table, or relaxing on the sofas or hanging chair, you are sure to love this piece of heaven. The private swimming pool is a true centerpiece, designed in a graceful freeform shape stretching 15 metres, complete with walk-in steps and an elegant overflow edge. Adjacent to the pool, a luxurious Jacuzzi offers the perfect spot to unwind and take in the breathtaking sea views—perhaps with a chilled glass of champagne in hand.

On a lower level the lawn is bordered by fragrant plants and mature trees, and leads to a further lower level featuring a private tennis court (equipment not provided).
