This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Junior Villa has excellent views of the golf course and the distant mountains, from where it is situated on the Hestiades Greens complex. Finished to the highest of standards, it is just a stone’s throw away from the enchanting Village Square and the Golf Clubhouse, making this resort villa the perfect place in which to experience an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills.

Should you wish to cook, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from a dishwasher to a garlic press. For those who prefer to eat out, the property is conveniently located five minutes away from the Village Square where you will find a variety of high-quality restaurants!

The dining table is located next to the kitchen area, offering seating for up to six people. It is also next to a set of French doors that lead to the large outside pool and patio area.

The lounge is tastefully decorated and features leather sofas, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and boasts another set of French doors opening out to the patio.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor featuring two single beds, a bedside cabinet, lamp, and French doors that also lead out directly to the pool and patio area. Next to this room, there is a bathroom with a built-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet. It could also be used as a guest bathroom.

The second and third bedroom are located on the first floor. The second bedroom features a double bed and the third has two twin beds, which can be transformed into a double bed. Both are decorated to a very high standard, with plenty of wardrobe space and convenient shutters on all of the windows… perfect to keep that early morning sun at bay.

There is a spacious bathroom directly outside these two bedrooms, which features single vanity sinks, bath with shower and a toilet.

Outside there is a large patio area equipped with a table and chairs, enabling you to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle - add to this the private pool* with ladder steps and it is certain that this Junior Villa will exceed your expectations.

*Pool heating is available at extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days (mid March to mid December), please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
