Apartment CD03 Overview

This highly desirable apartment overlooks the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and is situated next to the delightful free-form swimming pool, making this an excellent choice for your Aphrodite Hills holiday. Featuring three bedrooms, the property is finished to the highest standards and is only a short walk away from the picturesque Village Square and Golf Club. The property is decorated in soft, neutral tones with contrasting flashes of colour on the soft furnishings and accessories, with modern fixtures and fittings throughout.

The tastefully decorated living room offers all modern conveniences including a flat screen TV and DVD player, with sets of French doors opening out to the dining terrace and garden. The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces and splash backs is constructed from Italian wood and comes complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The adjacent dining area features an elegant wooden dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom is complete with tasteful parquet floor and fitted wardrobes, a double bed and bedside cabinets. Shuttered French doors lead directly out to the garden. The master bedroom also incorporates a marble en suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination and washbasin in a marble topped vanity unit. The second and third bedrooms both offer twin beds and share the separate full bathroom. 

Finally, the apartment boasts a beautiful terrace and lawned garden area, complete with outdoor dining furniture and sunbeds. The perfect spot to enjoy the glorious Mediterranean views whilst soaking up the Cypriot sunshine.
