This ground-floor Apartment provides expansive living spaces and is fully equipped with contemporary amenities, brand-new fixtures, and a luxurious finish, all conveniently on a single level. The unit comprises one double bedroom with direct access to an ensuite bathroom and shower, along with two twin-bedded rooms that share the second bathroom with a shower. The option to convert one of the twin bedrooms into a double room is available, as the beds can be zipped together to create a double bed.
The villa boasts its private pool, terrace, and garden space, and residents can also access the communal pool at Alexander Heights. The terrace is perfect for delightful alfresco dining, complemented by the convenience of a built-in BBQ.
