Junior Villa J009 Overview

Situated on Hestiades Green, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Junior Villa with private pool is superbly furnished and just a short walk away from the Village Square. This property offers fantastic panoramic views of the 18th hole greens. Neutral tones are a common theme throughout the property, complemented with colourful highlights of modern fixtures and fittings. The living room features a sofa, two leather armchairs and a flat screen LCD TV. Beautiful views can be seen from the patio doors which open up to the pool area.

The dining area features a table with six chairs and French doors which lead to the veranda, providing a relaxed and comfortable area to dine. The modern kitchen has granite work surfaces and complete with appliances including a microwave and washing machine.

A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which features parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed, bedside cabinet, and French doors opening up onto a balcony. A bathroom is situated adjacent to the bedroom and has a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom is also on this floor and features twin beds, side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the balcony.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs and sun loungers around the pool. The inviting swimming pool* feels relaxed and peaceful with views across to the sloping greens of the golf course and golf club.

*Pool heating is available at extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days (mid March to mid December), please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
