Conveniently located and laid out over the ground floor of this low-rise development, it is finished to the highest standards and is just a short walk away from the Village Square and Golf Club. With all the elements combined, this property is the ideal choice for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills Resort.

The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with contemporary furniture including a fabric corner sofa, wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV, and a home theatre system. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the French doors, which open out to the veranda and pool area.

The dining area has an elegantly designed wooden table with six chairs, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and splash backs is constructed from Italian wood and complete with modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a large double bed with side cabinets and French doors leading onto the veranda and pool. This bedroom also incorporates a marble en suite bathroom with a spa bath and shower, single sink vanity unit and a toilet.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the other side of the property. The first room includes twin beds and the second, a double bed with side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading out onto the veranda and garden. There is a central bathroom for the use of both rooms with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet.

Outside the property, the infinity pool* is the central attraction. The pool creates a sense of tranquility and complete relaxation as you look across the ravine to the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The area is complete with outdoor dining furniture, gas barbeque, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

*The pool can be heated at an extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days - if required please specify upon booking.
