Apartment AHJ13 Overview

Overlooking the delightful shared pool at Apollo Heights Village, this stylish first-floor apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break.  The elegant open plan living and dining area is furnished in a modern style and leads onto a spacious balcony. Complete with outdoor table, chairs, and covered for shade, this is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining.

Separated by a granite-topped sideboard, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences including electric oven, hob and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard off the hallway.

A short hallway leads to a guest cloakroom. This is followed in turn by the attractive bedroom which is beautifully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings including parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed (which can be made up as twin beds), bedside tables with lamps and French doors leading out to a small balcony. The bedroom also incorporates an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, separate shower cubicle and “his and hers” washbasins set in a marble vanity unit.
