The apartment offers a good sized open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, CD and DVD players, whilst French doors lead to the outside balcony which enjoys superb views. The dining area is furnished with a cherry wood dining table with 4 chairs, and the adjacent kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedroom features attractive parquet floor and fitted wardrobes, a double bed and bedside cabinets. The spacious bathroom offers a bath with shower, vanity unit and WC.

Two private balconies overlook the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and offer sunbeds and outdoor dining table and chairs; perfect to spend some time relaxing in the sun or al-fresco dining whilst enjoying the glorious Mediterranean views!
