Accommodation
The open plan living area is furnished with large, comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, and dining table with six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is set next to the dining area and features an island with granite worktops, microwave, electric oven and hob and an integrated dishwasher.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and en-suite marble bathroom with a vanity sink, bathtub and W.C.
The second bedroom is on the first floor and features two single beds which can be made up as a king bed if required, a bedside cabinet and alongside the room, there is a marble bathroom with bathtub, a vanity unit and W.C.
Downstairs on the lower level you will find the third bedroom featuring two single beds, which again can be made up as a king size if required. There is also ample wardrobe space and cupboards. A separate bathroom features a shower, single vanity unit and W.C.
Outside, there is a large pergola covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and the barbeque facilities are located to the side of the patio for those who like to cook outdoors. The patio is also furnished with sunbeds and parasols perfect for relaxing by the overflow swimming pool. The garden beyond is filled with fragrant shrubs, plants and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers.
