Every attempt will be made to allocate you in your chosen accommodation. If deemed necessary, Just Resorts reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or provide alternative accommodation (of equal standing or better) of a confirmed booking. In this unlikely event you will be offered the choice to reside in alternative accommodation through Just Resorts (subject to availability) with the price difference payable/refundable as appropriate, or of receiving a refund of all monies paid to Just Resorts. No further compensations of any nature will be due to guests and Just Resorts will not be liable.
It is possible that building work may take place near your accommodation at any time during the year. While such work may be undertaken by a third party over whom we have no control, we will endeavour to let you know in advance of any major work taking place and offer alternative accommodation if possible. No further compensations of any nature will be offered and Just Resorts will not be liable. Should any unexpected work take place during your stay, please accept our sincere apologies.

Please do not leave your children unsupervised at any time during your holiday. You should also take extra care in properties with balconies and private swimming pools, as well as community/shared pool areas. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. Please take extra care of children if a pool is described as an 'infinity' pool. This style of pool will have an open drop from the pool edge.
If you have cause for complain whilst on holiday, this must be brought to the attention of Just Resorts and the relevant resort immediately so that action can be taken at the time to rectify the problem. No claims for refunds or reductions shall be accepted by Just Resorts or the relevant supplier unless such claims are based upon complaints which are lodged with us during your stay in your accommodation.
Please let us know if you have any special needs when you enquire about accommodation and we will do our best to find the most suitable accommodation for your individual needs, however, Just Resorts is not liable for any injuries, inconvenience or damage as a result.
A Kw/h reading will be made upon your arrival and departure, details of which will be available within your property. The maximum limit of consumption per week is as follows: 1-bedroom properties: 300KWH, 2-bedroom properties: 400KWH, 3-bedroom properties: 500KWH, 4-bedroom properties: 600KWH, 5-bedroom properties: 700KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charge at 0.35 euro cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the members of your party do not behave in such a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property. In such circumstances the accommodation owner/s and Just Resorts have the right to terminate your booking arrangements and no refunds, no payments or no compensation of any type will be given as a result. Furthermore you will be liable to reimburse Just Resorts for any expenses whatsoever it incurs as a result of your behaviour.
Just Resorts will not be held responsible for changes and or timetable alterations made by the airlines and will not make any refunds due to cancelled flight bookings.
Some of our featured private villa accommodation benefits from a heated pool. This will be clearly stated in the property description and heating will only be available during the months specified. As they are generally heated electrically they can take up to four days to heat so the heating must be ordered at least a week in advance of your arrival. Pool temperatures will also depend on the weather, especially with solar heating. If a pool cover is available its use will assist in maintaining the pool temperature at night.
How To Claim
We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation, loss or damage to your own or third party property, and medical and repatriation expenses.
Passports & Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (and visa if applicable). The information provided here is a guide only for British citizens whose passports were issued within the UK. If you are in any doubt please check with the passport office. Passport reminder: only full ten-year passports with an additional period of validity (6 months is recommended) following your return travel date are valid for travel overseas. Children now require their own passports. Obtaining a new passport normally takes two weeks by post. For more information contact the passport office on 0300 2220000.
Personal Health & Safety
If you, or any other member of your party, is pregnant or has a pre-existing medical condition, you must consult your doctor to see if travelling abroad is advisable. You should also inform us prior to booking as we reserve the right to refuse a booking in these circumstances. The safety of our guests is something that we take extremely seriously. We would advise you to be vigilant and take measures to safeguard your person and property. All windows, shutters and doors must be locked at night and security devices enabled where provided. Should you lose any valuables during your stay, through theft or other circumstances, you must report the facts immediately to the local police or other advisor and obtain a written report. If a report is not obtained you may find it difficult to make a claim through your holiday insurance.
The availability of certain facilities and services, either in your accommodation or on resort, (in particular swimming pools, some restaurants, sports and leisure activities) is subject to seasonal variations. Such facilities and services may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
We make every effort to ensure that the information and photography contained on our website is accurate. However, some of the facilities or services mentioned or advertised may alter or be temporarily, or permanently, withdrawn without our prior knowledge. Inaccuracies and errors can occur and prices may be subject to change, however we will advise you of any changes at our earliest opportunity.
