Yes, when you make your booking with us, you will receive a booking confirmation which will also contain directions from Paphos and Larnaca Airports to Aphrodite Hills Resort.
Which airports are closest to Aphrodite Hills Resort?
Aphrodite Hills Residences are easily accessible from both Larnaca and Paphos airports. A wide variety of low budget airlines regularly fly to both destinations, taking approximately 4 hours and 20 minutes flying time from all major UK airports. On arrival, we can arrange car hire or taxi transfers to suit your requirements. Larnaca Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes car journey to Aphrodite Hills Residences and Paphos is approximately 15 minutes car journey to the resort.
How can I book car hire?

Where do I collect the keys for my self-catering accommodation?
Your booking confirmation will contain directions to our managing partners offices on the resort, your arrival will be processed by our management partner who will provide you with a welcome pack including your keys and directions to your property. If you arrive out normal office hours, you will be met at security, guided to your property or directed and handed your welcome pack with keys, directions etc....
What time can I occupy the accommodation from on arrival day?
You will be able to access your villa or apartment at 2pm and check out is 10am. Late check out and early check-in can be requested and is based on availability.
What food items are included in the welcome pack?
When you book your villa accommodation with us, you will receive a standard welcome food pack that will be delivered to your accommodation. This will be free of charge and will include items such as: Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, jam, butter. Mythos Villa guests receive a luxury food hamper including items such as Mineral Water, Sparkling water, Tea, Coffee, De-caffeinated Coffee, Orange juice, Apple juice, Fresh Semi-skimmed milk, Fresh Full-fat milk, Nespresso capsules, Filter Coffee, House wine, Sparkling Wine, Coca-Cola, Beer, White sugar, Brown sugar, Chocolate Biscuits, White bread, Brown bread, Butter, Jam, Honey, Chocolate & Banana Oats, Plain Oats, Turkey, Cheese, Halloumi, Eggs, Crips (Salt and Salt&Vinegar), Smoked Salmon, Olive Oil, Pasta, Tomato Pasta Sauce, Cantucci Italian almond and raisin cookies, Macaroon Biscuits, Seasonal Fruit, Salt and Pepper, Washing Powder, Kitchen roll.
You can choose to upgrade your welcome food pack to the “Intermediate Food Pack”. Included in this pack is everything that is in the standard pack plus: Ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, lemonade, eggs, 6 extra toilet rolls.

Are there heated swimming pools?
We have a selection of accommodation with private heated pools. As they are generally heated electrically they can take up to four days to heat so the heating must be ordered at least a week in advance of your arrival. Pool temperatures will also depend on the weather, especially with solar heating. If a pool cover is available its use will assist in maintaining the pool temperature at night. Do you provide cots and high chairs for infants?
When you book your accommodation with us, you can request extra items such as cots and high chairs, along with additional equipment to hire in advance of your stay. All prices are per week and have a minimum charge of 1 week, then pro-rata thereafter.
Will the property be cleaned during my holiday?
Your villa or apartment will be cleaned thoroughly ready for your arrival. If your holiday is for 7 nights, the linen and towels will be changed mid-week at no extra cost. If your holiday is for 10 or more nights, linen and towels will be changed mid-week together with a mid-week clean of the villa or apartment at no extra cost. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be added for a supplement.
Are towels and linen provided in the accommodation?
All our villas and apartments are thoroughly cleaned and the beds are changed with fresh linen. High quality pool towels for use during your stay are also provided.
Are there barbecues at the properties?
The majority of our villas and apartments are equipped with barbecues. Our property descriptions highlight the properties that have barbecues, alternatively check with one of our helpful reservations team to be sure.
Are irons and ironing boards provided?

Is there a Kids Club?
The Kids Club at Aphrodite Hills Resort offers activities for children aged 6 months to 12 years. It is located in the Village Square and is open all year round. The air-conditioned Kids Club has been specially designed with kids in mind and the carers are highly experienced and fully trained. Guests who book with us benefit from 5 hours free Kids Club for one child per week. Children can attend full-day or half-day.

On Aphrodite Hills Resort there is a well stocked supermarket which carries a good selection of groceries, wines, beers, fresh bread and toiletries. Larger supermarkets can be found approximately 10 minutes drive from the resort.

Yes Aphrodite Hills has a rich sporting history. Three of the most popular sports at Aphrodite include football, tennis and golf – attract both keen amateurs and leading professionals. Many sports teams and championship athletes have enjoyed the facilities over the years' The resort is also the ideal location for a cycling holiday, whether your preference is for mountain bike trails, road bike trails, bicycle touring holidays or family bike trips. Are there any last day facilities if I have a late flight?
You can store your luggage at either the Residences Office on your last day once you have vacated your accommodation. It may be possible to stay later in your accommodation for a small fee and subject to availability. Please make your request the day before departure so that availability can be checked and a rate provided.
What if I have a complaint?
We want you to enjoy your holiday, however, should you have cause for complaint you must bring this to the attention of the Residences Office on Aphrodite Hills in the first instance and if you are not satisfied with the outcome contact us immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem. No claims for refunds or reductions shall be accepted by Just Resorts Ltd or our managing partner on resort unless such claims are based upon complaints which are lodged with us during your stay at the property.
What time do I have to vacate the accommodation on departure day?
You will be required to vacate your accommodation by 10am unless you have arranged a late check-out. Please return your keys to the Residences office.
