Enter this resort villa into a welcoming and spacious open plan lounge, with dining area and kitchen to the right. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and features a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

The dining area boasts a large dining table whilst the kitchen with an island centrepiece offers a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob and a large fridge freezer. To the left of the main entrance, there is a guest WC for convenience.

Floor to ceiling patio doors open out to a large terrace which is complete with outdoor sofas, as well as a shaded dining area, equipped with built in gas BBQ for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings.

Stairs lead down from the lounge to the lower level of the villa, where you will find two bedrooms. To the left a double bedroom, and to the right a twin-bedded room with a shared ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms feature wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and A/C. The twin bedroom offers direct access through its patio doors to the landscaped garden and pool area with outstanding panoramic views. Conveniently positioned under the stairs is the laundry space with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A short flight of stairs from the entrance leads to the mezzanine level where you will find a further two double bedrooms, both featuring ensuite bathrooms with shower and one with its own private balcony and superb views of the sea and pool area below. This balcony also offers direct access to the pool area.

A further short flight of stairs leads to a lounge/office space with sea and pool views, with its own adjoining ensuite bathroom shower. For added convenience there is a walk-in wardrobe on this level. Finally, just a few more steps to the upper level is the last of the five bedrooms. This master bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views, and has a light and spacious feel. Featuring a king size bed, a dressing table, mirror, large wardrobe and its own lounge space with sofa, this is a luxurious retreat.

The 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool has walk-in steps and is surrounded by multi-level terraces and lush gardens offering plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. A short walk to the lower garden level leads you to a perfectly positioned gazebo facing the ravine towards the sea, an idyllic place to enjoy sundowners or simply kick back and take in the view.
