We are delighted to add this beautifully finished three-bedroom Superior Villa to our portfolio. Ideal for a family holiday or for friends sharing, the large outdoor area has space for dining, relaxing and cooking, and the inviting pool is perfect for cooling off or simply relaxing on a sun lounger.

This stunning villa is furnished with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has large, comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The large wooden dining table can comfortably seat six persons, and the adjacent kitchen features an island with granite worktops, microwave, electric oven, hob and integrated dishwasher, and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

The master bedroom is located on the ground level and features a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and en-suite marble bathroom with a vanity sink, bathtub and WC.

Upstairs is the second bedroom which has two single beds (zip & lock), a bedside cabinet and alongside the room, there is a marble bathroom with bathtub, a vanity unit and WC.

The third bedroom is found on the lower level and features two single beds (zip & lock), a bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. There is an additional bathroom on this level which features a shower, single vanity unit and WC.

Outside, there is a large pergola covered patio featuring a table and chairs for those who enjoy dining al fresco or simply want to relax in the Cypriot sunshine. The patio is complete with sunbeds, and the garden beyond has fragrant shrubs, plants and various kinds of native flowers. The barbeque facilities are located to the side of the patio area, ideal for al fresco dining on balmy summer evenings!

Overall, this is an ideal property to enjoy relaxed, sunny days with family or friends. You just cannot go wrong!
