This immaculate six-bedroom Superior Villa is ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The villa features a spacious outdoor area where children can play, and adults can relax around the beautiful pool with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The generous, airy lounge boasts a sizable, cozy sofa alongside complementary chairs, a flat screen TV, and DVD and CD player. With seating for up to 12, the dining area adjoins the lounge. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining space, showcases Italian granite countertops, a microwave, electric oven and stove, and an integrated dishwasher, providing full functionality.

The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite marble bathroom with a vanity sink, shower cubicle and W.C.

On the same level there is another bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and French doors leading to the outside balcony. Alongside the bedroom, there is a marble bathroom with bath and shower, a vanity unit and W.C.

Just a brief stroll from the poolside, the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms offer convenient access. Sharing a shower room equipped with a shower cubicle, vanity sink, and W.C., these bedrooms ensure comfort and practicality. Each bedroom includes two single beds (Zip & Lock), bedside cabinets with lamps, as well as fitted wardrobes and cupboards. An extra bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity unit, and W.C. is situated on the semi-basement level.

A spacious pergola-covered patio offers an outdoor dining space for those who enjoy meals in the open air or seek relaxation by the overflow swimming pool. Furnished with sunbeds, the patio overlooks a garden filled with fragrant shrubs, plants, and an array of native Cypriot flowers.
