This recently refurbished two-bedroom Superior Villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the eastern plateau of the resort, ideal for a family holiday and offering ample outdoor areas, where children can play and adults can relax around a beautiful large pool. 

With exquisite furnishings and stylish interior décor this bungalow style villa offers air conditioning throughout allowing you to set the temperature and mood in this opulent property.  Enter the villa into a chic foyer which leads to the open plan living/dining room featuring a sumptuous corner sofa. A flat screen 65-inch Smart TV mounted on the wall opposite creates the perfect area to kick back and relax. The dining table can comfortably seat six people with its wooden table and six cushioned high back chairs.

The kitchen is located just off the dining area, separated by a breakfast bench and features a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, hob, and integrated dishwasher, plus all the essential kitchen utensils.

The bedrooms are both located on the right side of the property. The master bedroom features an impressive walk-in wardrobe space adding natural light from it’s glass ceiling feature. This luxury sleeping area boasts natural colours, an impressive king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a beautifully designed armchair that easily finds its place within the extensive bedroom space. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub, a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit with his & her basins. Elegantly draped French balcony doors open out to the poolside area and gardens.

Along the corridor the second bedroom features two single beds with a bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and convenient wall shelving. An en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, vanity unit with single sink and WC.

Outdoors a large pergola offers plenty of shade to the poolside terrace space. A 4-seater dining table is ideally placed under the pergola for those who enjoy dining alfresco, and for those that simply wish to relax with a glass of wine there is another comfortable 4-seater lounge set. A gas barbeque facility is located close to this outdoor dining space, ideal for al fresco cooking and dining at your holiday home!

Where the pergola shades end, then the pool area starts with four black sunbeds, two umbrellas and two small tables. The patio area around the 8 x 4 metre overflow swimming pool* is set with sunbeds and umbrellas and the gardens beyond are home to an array of fragrant shrubs, plants, and various native Cypriot trees.

Overall, this is an ideal property to enjoy an indulgent, relaxed, sun filled holiday with family or friends.

*Pool heating is available at extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days (mid March to mid December), please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
