Nestled in an elevated position on the Eastern plateau, this exquisite four-bedroom Superior Villa provides distant sea views and a lush green backdrop, showcasing the beauty of Aphrodite Hills Resort.  The expansive and meticulously landscaped garden, along with the tranquil surroundings of the spacious pool area, will captivate you. However, it's the awe-inspiring views from both the front and back balconies on the first floor of this property that will truly leave every guest speechless!

The villa boasts a modern style with a touch of traditional local stonework, delivering genuine luxury and quality throughout. Upon entering, the sense of comfort and open space is immediate. The large open-plan lounge welcomes guests with two seating areas on the left and right. The left side offers a mix of comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for taking in the views from the full-length panoramic windows. This area also features the dining table and chairs for formal family meals. On the right side, another lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV leads to the main kitchen area. The well-equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, with the added convenience of a dishwasher and a smaller kitchenette for extra space and appliances.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room, leading to the first of the villa's four bedrooms. This bedroom includes a double bed with fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a small desk space, an adjacent shower room, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views.

Back through the main entrance and up the stairs, the upper level houses the remaining three bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. At the top of the stairs is the master bedroom with its own en-suite shower and bathroom. This room offers private balconies on either side, showcasing views of the sea, pool, and gardens below. On the opposite side of the landing are the other two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The largest bedroom has its own private sea-view balcony space with outdoor seating. All bedrooms boast beautiful wooden floors and large half windows or patio doors.

The outside garden space and villa surroundings are impeccably maintained, with a grand driveway and entrance leading to the property and ample private parking within its grounds.
