AM12 is a luxurious 2-bedroom Premium Serviced Apartment situated on the Alexander Heights complex of the Aphrodite Hills Resort. This apartment offers a premium finish and is centrally located just a few steps away from the Village Square, Golf Club and Spa.

The apartment features sleek marble flooring which flows through the open plan living/dining area and kitchen, and modern furnishings, elegant design touches, and floor-to-ceiling windows give this apartment a light, bright, and welcoming feel. The living area features a dining area for 4, two double sofas and a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.

Step outside onto the spacious balcony which wraps around the living area and overlooks the gardens and pool. Complete with outdoor furniture it's the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining.

The master bedroom has parquet flooring, double bed and ensuite shower. The second bedroom also features parquet flooring, and has a zip & lock bed which can be made up as either a double or twin.
