Accommodation

Neutral tones are a common theme throughout the property, complemented with colourful highlights of modern fixtures and fittings. The living rooms features a sofa, two leather armchairs and a flat screen LCD TV. Beautiful views can be seen from the patio doors which open up to the pool area. 

The dining area is has a table with six chairs and French doors which lead to the veranda, providing a brilliant area to dine. The modern kitchen has granite work surfaces and complete with appliances such as microwave and washing machine.

A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which feats parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and side cabinet. French doors open up onto a balcony. A bathroom is situated adjacent to the bedroom and has a bathtub with an overhead shower. The first floor also has the second bedroom, which include twin beds with side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the balcony.

The third bedroom is located on the first floor and has a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower. 

Outside, the terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs and sun loungers around the pool. The inviting swimming pool* feels relaxed and peaceful with views across to the sloping golf greens and golf club.
