Accommodation

Enter the property into a bright and welcoming hallway leading to the open plan living areas. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and armchair, as well as a dining area with 4 chairs. French doors open out on to the pool terrace which is furnished with dining table, chairs and sun loungers so you can make the most of the Cypriot sunshine. A granite sideboard separates the kitchen which is fully fitted with modern appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob. 

A hallway leads to the first bedroom, which is attractively furnished with parquet flooring, twin beds, and French doors leading to the pool terrace. Adjacent is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

Alongside is the master bedroom which is attractively decorated and furnished with a king size bed. French doors lead out to the terrace overlooking the pool. The en-suite full bathroom completes the facilities.

Outside, your private pool* awaits. Bordered by a paved terrace and fragrant bushes and trees, it's an idyllic spot for a leisurely swim. 

A barbeque is provided for alfresco cooking and dining, providing ample opportunity to use and enjoy your outdoor space.

The Village Square with it’s restaurants, shops and children’s playground is only a couple of minutes stroll, as is the golf clubhouse and Spa.
