Junior Villa J032 Overview

This beautiful two-bedroom Junior Villa with private pool is located on the western plateau, within walking distance from the Village Square's restaurants and shops, with fabulous views of the Golf Course.

The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with minimalistic furniture including two-seat and three-seat fabric sofas, a TV, CD and a DVD player. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the French doors, which open out to the pool area.

The dining area has a modern glass table with four chairs; there are French doors which open out onto the pool and patio, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The contemporary Italian kitchen with granite work surfaces and splash backs is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor and includes twin beds with side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors also leading out to the pool and patio area. Immediately outside the bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and sink vanity unit. This could also be used as a guest WC.

A marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom, which is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and side cabinet and French doors leading to the upstairs balcony. Next to this bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a single vanity unit and a toilet.

Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers with a beautiful pool* as the central attraction. From the pool there is a sense of tranquility and complete relaxation, as you take in the exceptional views across the golf course.
