Decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights and high quality furniture throughout, this villa is a popular choice. The open-plan living/dining room features a comfortable sofa and armchair and solid oak dining table with 6 leather chairs. The room is complemented by coordinating blinds, curtains, and striking paintings which dominate the walls, and features sets of French doors which lead out to the pool terrace. The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces and modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and electric oven and hob.

Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, furnished with twin beds and offering direct access to the pool terrace through shuttered French doors. This bedroom has access to an adjacent is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC. A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which is luxuriously furnished with a king size bed. Coordinating cushions and pictures add splashes of colour to the modern neutral décor, and the high ceiling and 2 picture windows make the room light and airy. French doors lead out to a private terrace overlooking the pool, and an en-suite full bathroom completes the facilities. 

Outside, enjoy al fresco dining on the furnished terrace, or relax on the sun loungers beside the magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool*.
