Junior Villa J002 Overview

Just a short walk from all resort amenities, this two-bedroom Junior Villa with private pool is stylish and elegant, providing the ideal base for your Aphrodite Hills holiday.

Enter the property into a bright and welcoming hallway leading to the open plan living areas. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and armchair, as well as a dining area with 4 chairs. French doors open out on to the pool terrace which is furnished with dining table, chairs and sun loungers so you can make the most of the Cypriot sunshine. A granite sideboard separates the kitchen which is fully fitted with modern appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob.

A hallway leads to the first bedroom, which is attractively furnished with parquet flooring, twin beds, and French doors leading to the pool terrace. Adjacent is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

Alongside is the master bedroom, which is attractively decorated and furnished with a king size bed. French doors lead out to the terrace overlooking the pool. The en-suite full bathroom completes the facilities.

Outside, your private pool* awaits. Bordered by a paved terrace and fragrant bushes and trees, it's an idyllic spot for a leisurely swim. A barbeque is provided for alfresco cooking and dining, providing ample opportunity to use and enjoy your outdoor space, and the Village Square with it’s restaurants, shops and children’s playground is only a couple of minutes stroll, as is the golf clubhouse and Spa.

*Pool heating is available at extra charge of £65 per day / minimum 5 days (mid March to mid December), please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
