Accommodation
Meticulous attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of this villa, showcasing top-tier Italian-style kitchen units, opulent marble bathrooms, and either marble or parquet flooring throughout.
The grand entrance leads to the expansive open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connecting to the pool terrace. The tastefully adorned living space features a plush sofa paired with an elegant armchair. This area is equipped with a flat-screen TV on a sleek low cabinet and adorned with simple and stylish decor. The adjoining dining space highlights a contemporary dining table and chairs, positioned alongside the open kitchen zone. The kitchen is outfitted with chic high-gloss units and is fully stocked with all essential utensils and premium appliances, including an electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, and microwave.
On the ground level, you will also find one bedroom with a twin bed (zip & lock) as well as a shower room and a guest WC.
On the upper level, the generous master bedroom suite is elegantly appointed, featuring a king-size bed, TV, dresser, and coordinating side tables. It opens up to a private balcony that provides captivating side views of the sea. The attached en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
Continuing down the hallway, you'll find the two additional bedrooms. One is a spacious double room, while the other offers twin beds that can be zipped and locked together.
