Luxury blends with elegance and practicality in this modernly furnished villa. With comfortable furnishings, soft fabrics and subtle earthen colour tones the sense of luxury is evident throughout.

The beautifully furnished living area boasts rustic coloured 2 & 3 seater sofas matched with a cushioned armchair making their own colour statement within the lounge, offering a flat-screen TV on a low cabinet and minimal décor. An adjacent dining area features a hardwood dining table with 8 modern chairs sits by a set of French doors which provide magnificent views of the sea and skyline off the coast. The kitchen features dark granite worktops and splash backs throughout. All modern conveniences are provided including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave and dishwasher.

The ground floor also features a guest WC, and the first of the 5 bedrooms. This room has twin beds which can be made up as a double, shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.

The marble staircase leads up to the first floor, with three more bedrooms and even more wide-sweeping sea views from the front of the property overlooking the pool. The master bedroom is spacious, with beautiful modern furnishings giving a true sense of comfort and elegance. Featuring a light brown king-size bed with mirrored matching furnishings and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony from where one can take in the panoramic views, and a luxury en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled in granite offers twin washbasins, WC, bath and separate shower.

The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, one large double and one twin bedded, with their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside.

The staircase extends further down to a lower ground floor level, which offers a fully equipped utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level there is a 5th twi bedded bedroom for an extra guests, along with an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. An portable barbeque is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large pure wooden topped dining table and 6 chairs. Sunbeds are also spread throughout the terrace and poolside for more places to relax and take in the stunning views. The finishing touch to this luxurious property is a large 10m infinity swimming pool*.
