This spectacular four-bedroom resort villa is located at the edge of the prestigious Aeneas Grand Villas development, where luxury and attention to detail are paramount. The property has been designed to take full advantage of the panoramic view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, with comfortable furnishings, luxurious fabrics and subtle colour tones throughout.

The beautifully furnished living area boasts plush light brown coloured corner sofa matched with two cushioned armchairs adding a pop of colour, and a flat-screen TV on a low cabinet with neutral décor. An adjacent dining area featuring a hardwood dining table with 8 modern chairs sits by a set of French doors which provide magnificent views of the sea and costline. The kitchen features dark marble worktops and splash backs throughout. All modern conveniences are provided including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave and dishwasher.

The ground floor features a guest WC, and also the first of the 4 bedrooms, which offers double bed (which can be made up as a twin if required), shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.

Leading up to the first floor is a marble staircase, which is where you will find the remaining bedrooms and even more wide-sweeping sea views. The master bedroom is spacious, with beautiful modern furnishings giving a true sense of comfort. Featuring a beige king-size bed and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony from where one can take in the panoramic views, and a luxury en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled in granite offers twin washbasins, WC, bath and separate shower.

The hallway leads on to two more bedrooms, one large double and one twin bedded, with their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside.

The staircase extends down to a lower ground floor level, which offers the utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level there is also a communal area for relaxation, games or a space for the kids, along with an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. An outdoor barbeque area with sink is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs. Comfy armchairs, sunbeds and tables are also spread throughout the terrace and poolside for more places to relax and take in the stunning views. The finishing touch to this luxurious and elegant property is an impressive 10m infinity swimming pool*.
