The open-plan living/dining area is attractively decorated throughout; luxurious drapes and Roman blinds frame the windows, whilst cool neutral tones on the floor tiles and walls are set off by vibrant colours on the soft furnishings and pictures. The lounge is fully equipped with everything one could ask for while on holiday - flat screen TV, CD and DVD players and has large sets of French doors at 2 sides to make the most of the stunning views. The adjacent dining area offers a large table and 6 suede backed chairs. The well-equipped kitchen is unusually large for a one-bedroom property and is fitted with modern beech wood units and granite worktop and comes complete with top quality appliances, washing machine etc.
The attractive furnishings extend to the bedroom, which has a parquet floor and double bed, positioned by the French doors from which the panoramic views can be enjoyed. The facilities are completed by the en-suite bathroom, which features ‘his and hers” wash basins set in a marble vanity unit.
