The apartment is located on the first floor and is decorated and furnished in a modern and tasteful style. The entrance hallway leads through to the open-plan lounge/dining room. Attractively furnished with a high quality sofa and two armchairs facing the flat-screen TV, the neutral tones of the walls are contrasted beautifully by the warm, vibrant colours on the accessories and soft furnishings. The modern dining table with chairs is set by the French doors opening out onto the spacious balcony which is well placed to catch the sun. Looking over the undulating valley towards the sea this is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings and refreshing breeze. Separated by a granite-topped sideboard, the kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard off the hallway.
The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished and decorated with a feature archway above the king size double bed. Attractive parquet flooring, accessories and coordinating soft furnishings add to the sumptuous feel. Shuttered French doors lead to a small balcony, and the facilities are completed by the luxurious fully tiled en-suite bathroom which has both bathtub and separate shower cubicle, and twin washbasins set in a long marble vanity unit.
The second bedroom has 2 large single beds, and is also very attractively furnished and well decorated, and features a small private balcony and en-suite shower room, fully tiled, and with exquisite fixtures and fittings. The communal swimming pool is just a short stroll, and all resort amenities are within walking distance, making this a super base from which to enjoy the Resort.
