The open plan living and dining area is attractively decorated and features a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa with contrasting scatter cushions and a modern dining table and chairs. French doors lead to a covered outdoor terrace and private garden. Looking over the undulating valley towards the sea, this is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful views and quiet surroundings.

Separated by a granite-topped sideboard, the kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard.

A corridor leads to the spacious bedroom which is beautifully decorated and furnished with double bed; attractive parquet flooring, pictures and co-coordinating soft furnishings add to the sumptuous feel, and shuttered French doors lead to a private, enclosed terrace filled with fragrant plants and bushes. En-suite is a luxurious fully tiled bathroom which has both bathtub and separate shower cubicle, W.C. and “his and hers” washbasins in a long marble vanity unit.

Additionally, there is a guest cloakroom with W.C, washbasin and shower cubicle.

Outside, the lawned garden at the rear is bordered by flowering bushes and trees and offers sweeping views over the valley and down towards the sparkling sea. The table and chairs set under the shade of the arched veranda is the ideal place for dining al-fresco amidst the peace and tranquility of this scenic location.
