Apartment NZ12 Overview

This superb one-bedroom apartment overlooks the large swimming pool at Zephyros Village, and is spacious both internally and externally, with a large wrap-around terrace offering spectacular views of the mountains, valley and distant sea.  The open plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished in a modern style, and leads onto a spacious balcony with table and chairs. This is an ideal space for al-fresco dining, relaxing with a book, sipping a refreshing cocktail, or simply enjoying the sunshine.

A granite-topped sideboard separates the kitchen from the living space, and features a range of modern conveniences including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard off the hallway.

A short hallway leads to a guest cloakroom. This is followed in turn by the attractive bedroom which is beautifully furnished with quality furnishings and fixtures including parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed, bedside tables with lamps and French doors leading out to a small balcony. The bedroom also incorporates an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, separate shower cubicle and twin washbasins set in a marble vanity unit.

The property overlooks the communal swimming pool and all resort amenities are within walking distance, making this a perfect place to enjoy the Resort.
