Apartment CE12 Overview

This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard and is located on the first floor at Theseus Village. A short stroll through the communal gardens takes you to the swimming pools whilst the heart of the Resort is just minutes away.

The entire property is stylishly decorated and has quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The open-plan lounge/diner features a comfortable sofa facing the large flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a modern dining table with 6 chairs. The living space is light and bright with two sets of French doors leading out to the furnished terrace; the ideal place for dining alfresco.

The modern kitchen is fitted with granite work surfaces and splash backs, and is complete with all modern conveniences including microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and has shuttered French doors leading out to the balcony. The master bedroom also incorporates an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, WC and washbasin set within a marble vanity unit.

The second bedroom also features a double bed. This bedroom has access to an adjacent shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

The Apartment boasts not one, but two furnished balconies; one to the front, and a large rear-facing balcony. Furnished with an outdoor dining table and matching chairs and sun loungers this is the perfect place to relax whilst soaking up the wonderful Cyprus sunshine!
