The living room is chic and stylish with minimalistic furniture, including a corner sofa and wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV and DVD player. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views of the coastline from the French doors, which open out onto the spacious rear balcony.

The dining area has an elegantly designed wooden table with four chairs, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and splash backs is constructed from Italian wood and complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine.

The master bedroom is complete with fitted wardrobes, a large double bed, a flat screen TV, bedside cabinets and matching lamps. French doors lead to the back balcony, which overlooks the Mediterranean. The master bedroom also incorporates a marble en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination and single sink vanity unit.

Additionally, the second bedroom includes twin beds with bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and fitted wardrobes. Next to this room, there is also a marble bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet.
