Apartment CB03 Overview

This charming ground-floor apartment is beautifully furnished, making it perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy sunny days. It is also conveniently located just a few steps from the large main swimming pool of Theseus Village at Aphrodite Hills.

It offers a generous open plan living room, with a modern L-shaped sofa, a wooden dining table and four matching dining chairs. The area is enhanced by a large flat screen TV, CD and DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality fixtures and fittings, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, halogen hob, washing machine, and a selection of utensils and other essential kitchen items.

The spacious master bedroom features a double bed with bedside tables, bedside lamps and large fitted wardrobes. Furnished in soft neutral tones, the décor is elegant and stylish with full length curtains surrounding the doors leading to the outside veranda. The en-suite bathroom features a bath with shower, single vanity unit and a W.C.

The second bedroom features two single beds, a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and a bedside table with lamp. Adjacent, there is a second bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity top and W.C.

Outside, the apartment boasts a beautiful veranda and garden area with its own built-in barbeque. A table and chairs is provided for al-fresco dining, and sunbeds adorn the lawn.
