Apartment CB02 Overview

This stylish ground floor apartment is tastefully furnished and provides the ideal base for a family holiday or those seeking to spend their days in the sun. It is situated just a few steps away from the large main swimming pool of Theseus Village, and within walking distance of the Village Square.  The open plan living space features a modern sofa in grey tone, a cosy relaxing armchair, a ceramic top dining table and four matching dining chairs. The area is enhanced by a large flat screen TV, CD and DVD players.

In the fully equipped kitchen you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It comes complete with top quality fixtures, fittings and modern conveniences including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, halogen hob, washing machine and other kitchen essentials.

The spacious master bedroom is decorated in neutral tones and features a double bed (zip & lock) with bedside tables, dressing table, bedside lamps and large fitted wardrobes. Full length curtains surround the doors leading to the outside terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a bath with shower, single vanity unit and a W.C.

The second bedroom features two single beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside tables with lamps. This bedroom has use of the adjacent bathroom with shower, single vanity top and W.C.

Finally, the apartment boasts a beautiful patio with its own private outdoor space and gas BBQ. A table and chairs are provided for al-fresco dining, and sunbeds for relaxing. There are also additional lounger chairs just outside each of the bedroom terraces overlooking the garden.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the Retreat Spa - the Resort’s fabulous health spa, the golf clubhouse, tennis academy and kid’s club and playground. The picturesque shops, restaurants, and cafés of the Village Square are also only a short stroll away.
