Apartment BE02 Overview

Lovely ground floor apartment, conveniently located on the complex of Theseus Village close to the main swimming pool. Finished to the highest standards, it is just a stone’s throw away from the enchanting Village Square and Golf Clubhouse.

The living room area is beautifully furnished. It features a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player, as well as a modern dining table with chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with top quality fixtures and fittings, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooker hob, extractor fan, and a washing machine.

The spacious master bedroom enjoys a double bed (zip & lock) along with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobes. Its en-suite bathroom features a bath with shower, double vanity unit, and a toilet.

The second bedroom features two single beds and fitted wardrobes. This room has the use of an additional bathroom which is equipped with a built-in shower cubicle, single vanity top, and a toilet.

Additionally, the apartment boasts a furnished patio complete with sun loungers and an umbrella. Situated in the grassed area overlooking Theseus Village swimming pool, as well as the children’s swimming pool, this is a perfect spot for those who wish to relax whilst keeping an eye on their children!
