Apartment BB12 Overview

This lovely property is located on the highly desirable Theseus Village, a short walk from the Village Square. The apartment is located on the first floor and is decorated in a modern and tasteful style. The entrance hallway opens into the spacious lounge/dining area, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs positioned around the flat-screen TV. The neutral wall colours are beautifully complemented by the rich, vibrant hues of the accessories and soft furnishings. A modern dining table with chairs is set by the French doors opening out onto the spacious balcony which is well placed to catch the sun. With views over the undulating valley towards the sea this is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings and refreshing breeze. Separated by a granite-topped sideboard, the kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard off the hallway.

The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished and decorated, with attractive parquet flooring, accessories and coordinating soft furnishings adding to the sumptuous feel. Shuttered French doors lead to a small balcony, and the facilities are completed by the beautiful fully tiled en-suite bathroom which has both bathtub and separate shower cubicle, and twin washbasins set in a long marble vanity unit.

The second bedroom has 2 large single beds, is decorated in neutral tones and features a small private balcony and luxurious en-suite shower room. 

The communal swimming pool is just a short stroll, and all resort amenities are within walking distance, making this a super base from which to enjoy the Resort.
