Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor with a stunning view of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea.
The interior of the apartment is stylishly furnished, it offers light and airy open plan living areas and lavish marble or parquet flooring throughout.
The lounge area is large, and it opens out directly onto the front terrace, which offers the best views of Alexander Heights, as it faces the village’s communal pool.
The kitchen is made of the highest quality Italian-style kitchen units, granite worktops, integrated appliances (microwave, oven, fridge) and equipment (toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle etc.).
The first bedroom features a double bed, a large sliding door wardrobe and its own large TV. It has an adjacent spacious shower room and it also opens out directly onto the front terrace, therefore having only the best of views.
The other bedroom has twin beds, large windows to take in the view, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
