Accommodation
The entire property is stylishly decorated and with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room features a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV and DVD player. The room is bright and warm and enjoys views over the coastline from the French doors, which open out to the spacious rear balcony.
The dining area has an elegantly designed table with six chairs, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and splashbacks is constructed from Italian wood and complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The master bedroom is complete with fitted wardrobes, a large double bed, bedside cabinets and matching lamps. French doors lead onto the balcony, which overlooks the sea. The master bedroom also incorporates a marble en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, WC and washbasin set within a marble vanity unit.
The second bedroom features twin beds and 2 large picture windows making the room bright and airy. Adjacent, there is also a marble bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.
